As a new student, you must first access your WSCC email using your WSCC username and password. The first time you access your email you will get a message that your password has expired and you can change it now. Follow the instructions to change your password. About 15-20 minutes after your password is reset Blackboard will recognize your WSCC username and new password, login to Blackboard.
If you changed your password but can't remember it, contact the IT Helpdesk at WSCC to have your password reset.
